Max Out Sports want to ensure you are satisfied with your products. If one of your products is not in the right order for any reason, you are able to email us a make a claim against the item.
In making a claim, include all details of your order in which you received your product and email firstname.lastname@example.org with photographs of the product with a description of why you are making a claim against this item.
In making a claim, please ensure you need the follow:
> Claims must be made in an email to email@example.com within 14 days of invoice date.
> Claims will be refused for Sharpened/Moulded skates, Jocks and Undergarments and items on Clearance.
> Items you wish to make a Claim on must be returned with un-damaged or defaced packing. Items with display cartons must not have shipping labels attached to them and the items must be shipped appropriately and in the appropriate packaging.
Other important notes to remember when making a claim:
> Shipping both ways is the responsibility of the purchaser for claims made and approved for the reason of incorrect fit.
> Max Out Sports reserves the right to exchange or repair the product before issuing a refund. In the event of a refund, the freight costs to and from Max Out Sports will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
